The maintenance staff and property manager are both
responsive and pleasant. Approximately 5 years ago when
we saw the need to increase staff, therefore required more
space, the property manager and maintenance crew helped
us to design space in the second building to our
specifications. The build-out turned out very well and we are
still comfortable in it today.
We have also weathered several active hurricane seasons
over the years, and the buildings proved to be strong and
water tight.
Although there are other office parks where we could rent
space, the location and cost of the Executive Center Office
Park is more than suitable, and we have once again chosen
